Journal of Commerce and Trade is published solely on behalf of Society for Advanced Management Studies (SAMS). SAMS is established in 2004 and is a non-politico and not-for-profit organization. SAMS is formed under the laws and rules of Societies Act of Government of India. It pays Income Tax as per India Income Tax Rules and Regulations for Societies. SAMS bears PAN No. AAGTS9013F. SAMS reserves the right to receive any payments for Journal of Commerce and Trade and to pay any expenses incurred upon the publication, distribution and handling of JCT. SAMS and JCT do not receive any DONATION in any form from anyone in India or from Outside India. We charge through subscription (full or in part) of JCT worldwide. Subscription details are available on our website. We receive payments for Publication & Handling Fee and Subscription only through online payments which have been made available by our Online Payment Gateway Partner ‘CC Avenue’. CC Avenue is Government Certified Online Payment Provider. All payments are highly safe.

The print copies to subscribers (individuals or institutions) or to authors are delivered through certified courier or India Government Speed Post. In case, you miss the issue due to any reasons, you can inform us about such missing issues immediately. We will revert back with another same copy Free of ‘Cost and Delivery Charges’. Every person whether be author or inquisitor on the JCT website needs to sign up or register their selves in order to record and maintain the details of every visitor owing to security issues.
