Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Manuscripts should be scientifically sound, Original, Bonafide, Significant, Contemporary in nature, and Consistent with the 'Publication Ethics' and ‘vision and mission’ of the JCT.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The Article Text must be in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word file format.
The Article Text must not include Author's name and identity. It may affect the integrity of Review Process. - Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text should be double-spaced on A4 size layout with 1 inch margin; uses a 12-point calibiri font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. Read layout settings clearly.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. In APA style, adhere to Initiative for Open Citations (I4OC).
Research Paper
This section contains Research papers based upon some primary or secondary data analysis. The submissions must have hypothesis, objectives and methodology.
Book Review
This section contains a book Review with book image. You have to submit a genuine landscape of the book with all the reasons why this book is good for reading and why not.
Biography
This section contains a biography of a legend as innovator, entrepreneur, business leader or businessman.

Overview
The entire contents of the Journal of Commerce and Trade are protected under Indian and International copyrights. The 'journal' however, grants to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access, copy,use, distribute, perform and display the work publicaly for any reasonable non-commercial purpose , subject to proper attribution of authorship and 'ownership' of all rights. No person (including author/s) is authorised to reprofuce or recycle or restructure the pubhlished papers.
The Journal articles are licensed with 'Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License' to protect and facilitate authors and readers.
Author/s (corresponding author/s and other associated author/s) who submit papers, articles, biographies and book reviews to 'Journal of Commerce and Trade' are assumed that they have understood clearly, agreed vountarily and accpted knowingly the 'Copy Right Policy'of 'Journal of Commerce and Trade' as stated below:
In submitting the manuscript to the journal, the authors certify that:
- I / We hereby, transfer any and all rights in and to the paper including without limitation all copyrights to the Journal of Commerce and Trade.
- I/We hereby, grant Journal of Commerce and trade the unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable right to use information as part of the advertisement, distribution and sale of products incorporating the Work or Papers.

Copy Right Agreement
Authors who publish with Journal of Commerce and Trade has to agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License CC BY.
- Authors can enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or edit it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) before and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

We use the Google User ID feature to associate the visit of an author for submission so that his/her efforts may be reduced by registering himself/herself on our website from different devices with a Google user ID. This data is used in accordance with Google’s policies, and we do not transmit personally identifiable information to Google.
Orcid User ID
We use the Orcid User ID feature also to associate the visit of an author for submission so that his/her efforts may be reduced by registering himself/herself on our website from different devices with a Orcid user ID. This data is used in accordance with Orcid’s policies, and we do not transmit personally identifiable information to Orcid. When an author provides his/her Orcid Id, his/her id is stored with us but we cannot scroll or change his/her personal data at the Orcid website. Integrating orcid ids in the research papers increase the worth of papers instead.
Use of Whatsapp API to Contact Us
We use Whatsapp for quick communication. Whatsapp media is one side on our website. It is you who can first make a message to us. This system on our website do not store any phone no or communicates back until you initiate.
Notifications
In order to receive notifications, you have to enable it on our website through your login dashboard. It means it is purely optional. If you donot tick the checkbox, it will never send automatic notifications. If you think that notifications are coming from website without your choice and bothering you, you can untick the checkbox from your dashboard.

JCT needs users’ (visitor, inquisitor, subscriber or author) information for support services, including dealing with returns, rescheduling, cancellations, billing and payment issues, or other matters. How Long We Keep Your Information
We have to retain your information for a long time. Because in absence of the information, we have collected any time from you may destroy your paper’s visibility and its metadata provided to various indexing and other academic sites by us.
Security Measures Taken by Us
We use the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest respective level of encryption supported by your browser. Normally this will be 256 Bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256 Bit encryption, we will use the 128 Bit v3 technology. Whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted fashion, you will recognize by the display of the key or lock icon in the status bar of your browser. We furthermore utilize suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or the unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures will be constantly improved following the most recent technological developments.
