Copy Right Policy


Overview

The entire contents of the Journal of Commerce and Trade are protected under Indian and International copyrights. The 'journal' however, grants to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access, copy,use, distribute, perform and display the work publicaly for any reasonable non-commercial purpose , subject to proper attribution of authorship and 'ownership' of all rights. No person (including author/s) is authorised to reprofuce or recycle or restructure the pubhlished papers. 
The Journal articles are licensed with 'Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License' to protect and facilitate authors and readers.
Author/s (corresponding author/s and other associated author/s) who submit papers, articles, biographies and book reviews to 'Journal of Commerce and Trade' are assumed that they have understood clearly, agreed vountarily and accpted knowingly the 'Copy Right Policy'of 'Journal of Commerce and Trade' as stated below:
In submitting the manuscript to the journal, the authors certify that: 

  1. I / We hereby, transfer any and all rights in and to the paper including without limitation all copyrights to the Journal of Commerce and Trade.
  2. I/We hereby, grant Journal of Commerce and trade the unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable right to use information as part of the advertisement, distribution and sale of products incorporating the Work or Papers.
  3. I/We release Journal of Commerce and Trade from any claim based on right of privacy or publicity.
  4. I / We hereby, confirm that:
    a) the paper is not defamatory,
    b) the paper does not infringes the copyright of any third party,
    c) it does not arise from any negligent or willful mis-statements,
    d) it is a bonafide work and not taken from anywhere.
    e) it is under the stipulated limit of plagiarism set by the Journal.
  5. I/We have studied the all Para 1 to 4 and gone through Statement of Publication Ethics, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available at website carefully and understood clearly and confirm that all above statements are true and correct.

Copy Right Agreement

Authors who publish with Journal of Commerce and Trade has to agree to the following terms:

  • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License CC BY.
  • Authors can enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or edit it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  • Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) before and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.


Originality Statement


All the authors have to abide by the originality statement as below:
I/We (corresponding author/s and other associated author/s) solemnly declare, agree and accept that:

  1. The paper describes original work carried out by me/us. Paper gives proper acknowledgment to all contributors other than the authors named above.
  2. The work described in the paper is original and no part of it has been copied or taken from other sources without necessary permissions.
  3. Present Manuscript/ paper has not been published anywhere in any form of publication (in any language) and not presently under consideration for publication anywhere in form of publication.
  4. The data upon which the manuscript is based for examination by the Editor or their assignees, if requested.
  5. The published/ unpublished works of other authors have been properly cited and referenced.

The jurisdiction for any disputes or legal proceedings is Meerut, UP, India.
