Abstract

Quick commerce's explosive growth, which is typified by lightning-fast delivery of necessities, groceries, and other items, offers startups both enormous opportunities and formidable obstacles. Effective navigation of this changing terrain requires a strong strategic framework. In order to help quick commerce startups obtain a comprehensive grasp of their internal capabilities and external environment, this article suggests applying ABCD Analysis (Advantages, Benefits, Constraints, and Disadvantages). Startups can create better strategies by methodically analyzing their distinct advantages (Advantages), value propositions to stakeholders and customers (Benefits), internal obstacles and limitations (Constraints), and external threats and inherent disadvantages of the quick commerce model (Disadvantages). Finding competitive advantages, increasing operational effectiveness, reducing risks, and eventually attaining sustainable growth in a highly competitive market are all made easier by this analysis. The article goes on to discuss how this framework can be used for investor pitches, strategic decision-making, and ongoing development, offering a useful manual for fast commerce entrepreneurs looking to make a big impression.
